this decade

After a decade of massage it's time for a new focus. Green massage is my new name and concept. I'm committing to using natural and organic products, using fewer resources and I'll contribute a portion of profits to organizations with a commitment to our planet like this one.

It is hard to make big changes. As ya'all know my attitude is pretty pragmatic. For your bodies, don't I say if you're going to screw yourself up, screw up both sides so at least you're balanced? Or minimize the damage we both know you're going to do. Like, if you insist on sitting at your desk for hours, at least stop and stretch at periodic intervals?

Let's take that approach to what I'm calling a tiny green where I remind you of little things we can change without upsetting our lives too much. The easier and smaller, the more likely it will happen. And stay happening.

Today tiny green:.

Turn your faucet off while brushing your teeth.

I don't even care if your toothpaste isn't organic. And your toothbrush isn't recycled. Just save a little water while doing what you already do. See?
